Without health life is not life; it is only a state of languor and suffering – an image of death.

After having my worst de-realization moments I became so eager to try more radical treatments. I have been sick for over a year and I after seen slight improvements I would relapse again. I have decided to try an autohemotherapy.
Autohemotherapy is a form of transfusion therapy that is far more common in Europe than in the United States. Its goal is to enhance the immune system’s ability to fight disease. During the procedure, a small amount of blood is taken from a vein in the patient’s arm; the blood is sometimes mixed with a natural remedy and then re-injected into the skin or the muscle of the buttock. The blood retains its normal components–the usual complement of hormones, antibodies, minerals, and salts. Any metabolic by-products resulting from acute or long-term illnesses also will be present in the blood.
Practitioners of autohemotherapy believe that reintroduction of the blood strengthens a person’s immunity, because the body must mount a fresh immune response to the disease-causing substances. Consequently, the technique is often performed to treat chronic immune deficiency, allergies, gout, liver problems, diabetes, and rheumatic ailments. Some also believe the procedure can boost vitality.
Surely enough, this treatment is popular in Europe, South America, Canada, but it is not FDA approved in the US. So I could not really find a doctor in San Diego to perform autohemotherapy on me. Luckily my roommate at that time was a Physician Assistant graduate. First when I told her about my idea she was like: “No way!” But then I have convinced her to practice autohemotherapy on me. I have carefully learned instruction from a legitimate source and ordered syringes online.
Our kitchen became our surgery room. Trust me, autohemotherapy is a pretty bloody procedure. Every time she was drawing my blood, I was about to pass out. It did not hurt that much, but the whole process of seeing full syringe of my own blood being injected back into my body was making me sick. I have done this process a few times and after my roommate moved out I was not able to find anyone else to practice that therapy on me. People would literally run away when I explained them what I wanted them to do. Nurses, PAs, and even doctors do not learn that in medical school, as many other powerful treatments, of course they would be skeptical to do autohemotherapy on anyone.
